Proof or Pass, provided by Guangyu Song, helps research and summarize public company and professional information and material you supply. It is a research aid. You remain responsible for evaluating sources and making decisions. Public records can be incomplete, change or concern a different person; an unavailable source is not evidence of wrongdoing.

You may use the service for lawful research and submit material you are authorized to use. Do not submit credentials or attempt to retrieve private-network resources, circumvent access restrictions, abuse the service, impersonate others or use it to harass people. Research should concern relevant professional and business facts, not unnecessary private personal details.

The service depends on the capabilities of the AI app you use it in and on availability of public sources. We do not promise complete investigations, uninterrupted access, correct predictions, investment returns or access to every source. A structural validation result is not a certification of truth. No broker, adviser, employment-screening or similar professional relationship is created by using the plugin.

You retain your rights in material you provide. You permit the service to process it as needed to return the requested result. Third-party source material remains subject to its owners' rights. The current application has no saved case library; retain the evidence you need in your host conversation or export it through available host features.

The current research endpoint does not charge per report or invoke a paid backend model. Your AI app plan and optional services may have their own costs. Any future charge from Guangyu Song requires a separately disclosed offer and your agreement; using the current service does not create a subscription.

We may limit traffic or suspend misuse to protect availability. Subject to applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
